I put the question mark there, for your reflection dear reader. However I know the answer. Sel St. Laurent is the Quebecois vision of an intrepid artistic soul named Manuel Bujold Richard. It is harvested in the depths of of the St. Lawrence River estuary. The selection varies from algae salt to umami salt. Each delightfully round tub is filled with multicolor flakes of the crunchiest salt I have ever experienced. It adds layers of flavor to every dish. All the salts can be ordered online.
