The NRA just added a wine and spirits show: and I am speaking at it!

Springtime in Chicago Brings Industrial Toasters and Roasters to the South Side

However this spring will be more fun than most at the Restaurant Show, as the NRA has finally rolled out the beer, wine and spirits show within the show. The two-day show runs from May 19th to the 2oth and will feature a couple of (hopefully) sensational educational seminars (one of which I am on the panel for). For details see below.
